Our scanning services take care of project estimates, expert planning, secure pickup and return, prep work, indexing, and quality control. Documents, books, large format, microfilm, and microfiche – our professional team takes care of it all!
How it Works
Step 1 - Oragnization and Pick up your documents
- Gather your files from their location
- Place your files into banker boxes
- LCS picks up and transfers your files to our secure facility
Step 2 - Preparation & Scanning of Documents
- Documents are prepared by removing all scanning obstacles - staples, paperclips, etc.
- Documents are scanned by a highly trained scanning professional
- Scans are converted/named into searchable files
** Need a file while it's in our possession? No problem. Send us a request and we will get it to you within 24 hours.
Step 3 - Delivery of your digital files
- Documents are stored digitally to a secure cloud or storage device
- We deliver or import your files directly into your Document Management System (ie Laserfiche, DocuWare, OnBase)
- Paper documents are returned or shredded at our facility
